01: Trekking and Travel adventure booking policy
You can book our Trek and tours, as per your schedule and requirement by filling out the form available on the website or you can Email guiderinji@gmail.com to customize as per your requirement. After getting the confirmation email from Great Panorama Treks and Expedition (P) Ltd officially then you need to transfer us a minimum of 25 % of your total trip budget for the final reservation on the Great Panorama Treks and Expedition bank account.
02: Payment System Advance booking
You can directly transfer or deposit your amount to our company’s official bank account number. We will be not responsible if you send your money in any private name like (people account) We will only respond when you send your advance payment we will clear you with the bank statement.

The payment for the outstanding balance of your holiday is due 8 weeks prior to your departure date. The remaining amount of your trip can be paid on arrival of Nepal before heading towards the trekking or tour. We generally accept USD, Euro, and Pound.
You have to pay all trip amount before the trek and tour we never leave Credit.
03: Last hour booking Trek and Tour.
We will also accept last-hour bookings as well with a 100% payment method. The last-hour booking means 7 days prior to the starting date of your trip. But it is only applicable for Nepal trek, Expedition, and tour.
04: The reimbursement system
No refund will be made for the 25% deposit amount in case of cancellation of the trip for any reason by your side.
In the event of trip cancellation, you must notify in writing to Great Panorama Treks and Expedition; and the following cancelation policies will apply:
60 /45 days prior to departure – 50% refund.
44 /29 days prior to departure – 40% refund.
01 – 28 days before departure- no refund
No refund of any money if clients are sick on the trek and they come back to Kathmandu before your trekking itinerary.
05: Additional Charge
On our holiday tour/trek packages, rooms or tents are provided on twin sharing basis. Thus, to take a single room additional charge will be imposed on a client who does not have another tour participant to share a room/tent with.
06: In case of incomplete treks or tour
No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary. First of all, we never broke the trekking team in between until our last destination as per our itinerary given to you. If any Clients wants to make single trip or wants to depart with team or wants to make trek by making own itinerary, on those condition we, Great Panorama Treks do not accept the condition. In such case, the Clients him/her self-need to bear all the expenses during trek made by yourself and need to make your own risk.
07: Unexpected Conditions
Great Panorama Treks and Expedition (P) Ltd your trip if the unforeseen circumstances occur unknowingly such war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate etc., we will suggest you to make alternative trip of a similar standard. Even if this doesn’t fit your confidential attention, all amount paid by you to our company will be refunded. But recall each additional expense incurred by you as a consequence of this booking is completely your obligation.
08: Travel Insurance
You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc with worth of USD 100, 000.00 minimum. However travel insurance is not mandatory for those travelers (s) who is intend cultural/city tours or short hike bellow 2500 meters of altitude.. This is strongly suggested to all our esteemed clients which will big help you when there is important needed on high altitude sickness or any other. 09: Condition of Health
If you clearly mention us about your health condition, Great Panorama Treks and Expedition (P) Ltd. manage your trip as per your condition and make a well suggestions based on your requirements.
10:Domestic flight Cancellation, delays and changes in the itinerary
The weather conditions especially in Nepal cannot predict perfectly, therefore, develop an alternative mentality in case of flight cancels and delays. Generally, all trekking route in Nepal are lies on remote areas so, we, Great Panorama Treks advised you to make an extra reservation days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequences. In case of cancellation before trip or after trip the accommodation and food cost need to bear by yourself.
11: Papers and Documents
All vital documents including your visas and passport must be Carry out alongside you in sequence and has to be shown at the period of appeal made by the company. We are not accountable in case of each journey formality not finished in period beforehand journey departs on the missing of vital papers and documents.
12: Risk and Responsibility
Your protection and pleasure is our prime concern. We consequently hold out our obligation honestly & genuinely to safeguard your celebration trouble–free as well as you have desired. Nevertheless, unless uttered or else, journey could be change below tentative and inherent conditions such as land-slides, road blockage, deluge, snowing, governmental unrest, cancellation of flight, stay entrance, sickness or accidents etc. Each supplementary price incurring there is your confidential obligation and ought to be borne on the spot.
