Baruntse Expedition

Baruntse Expedition Routes

The expedition follows the Mera Peak trek up to Mera La pass and straightforward climb to Baruntse Base Camp (5,250  m), situated in a broad open valley next to a beautiful lake. The route is not technically demanding; which is pretty straightforward climbing on snow and ice which brings us to the glacial plateau.
