Ruby Valley Trek

Around the Ganesh Himal region take you to the Ruby Valley Trek. This trek is an ideal adjacent visitor goal of Kathmandu and Pokhara to Ganesh Himal located in Dading District of Nepal. This trail is even mysterious to those who have gone to numerous touristic spots of Nepal. The unexplored region is covered up between the well known Langtang National Park and the Manaslu Conservation region. The Ganesh Himal region also knows as a remote valley. Though being close to Capital city of Kathmandu the region has remained pure and untouched till this date; as we can see the same lifestyle of local people. 2015 Massive earthquake damage all trekking trail but these days local villagers and some good NGO and INGO are reconstructing the trekking trail. This trek is also famous for Home-stay trekking in Nepal where tourist really can see local life and village style.

Itinerary


Day 1 Arrival Kathmandu

Arrival Kathmandu and meet with a group- guide and make plans for the trek.

Day 2 Drive to Syafrubensi

Today we drive to syafrubensi from Kathmandu all the way to Pasang Lhamu highway. This is also the same route for Langtang Trek and Tibet Kerung border. We stay overnight at guest house.

Day 3 Trek to Gatlang.

Syafrubensi to Gatlang after breakfast at Syafrubensi and check your permit there in the checkpost. Today you trek around 5-6 hours and this trek is part of Tamang heritage trek trails.

Day 4 Trekking to Somdang

Trekking to Somdang (3,271m), 5 – 6 hrs.

Day 5 Trek from somdang to Tipling

Trek from somdang to Tipling via high Pangsang Kharka pass ( 3840 m and this is the highest altitude for this trek and overnight at the homestay guest house. Trek something 8-9 hours.

Day 6 Tipling to Borang

Trek from Tipling to Chalise goun then Borang overnight at Homestay camp.

Day 7 Trek from Borang to Barthang then Dading bensi

Trek from Borang to Barthang then take a local jeep to Dading bensi Overnight stay at Dhading bensi.

Day 8 Drive to Kathmandu

Drive to Kathmandu.
