Itinerary


Day 01 Arrival Kathmandu

After your warm arrival Kathmandu airport you will be pick up by our airport representative take to you your hotel and brief about short line Mera and island peak. You will invite welcome dinner with Nepali culture show overnight stay at hotel. Your hotel provide you hot breakfast.

Day 02 Climbing gear preparation

Your climbing guide will come to your hotel and he will check your Climbing gear and  prepare what to take and what is not. After that you are free  and if you miss something in your home you can buy here in Kathmandu.

Day 03 Flight to Lukla and Trek to Chhutenga

Early morning you wakeup and your guide will take you to Ramechhap 131 km 3-4 hrs drive. And after that flight to Lukla since 2019 all Lukla flights operate from Ramechhap, Manthali because morning time air traffic in Kathmandu. After you landed Lukla you all the way trek to Chhutanga and overnight stay at small tea house.

Day 04 Trek to Zatrawala Chhatrabu

Trek to Chhatarbu (3,580 m) after crossing one high pass chhatarbu la this is also small acclimatization for you for climbing Mera and island peak. you trek around 5-6 hrs.’ and whole day bit tough at this day overnight stay at guest house.

Day 05 Trek to Kothe

Trek to Kothe (4,180 m) this day is all the way you walking through forest valley and you will also join other trails from pangoma to Mera trek. Today you will see mount Mera peak and chhrpate himal and many more overnight stay at guest house.

Day 06 Trek to Thangnak

Trek Kothe to Thangnak ( 4,350 m) today the journey from Kothe too Thangnak is a short one of the being along the ridge of Hinku khola river after hot breakfast at kothe guest house. Thangnak is Sherpa language a black rock and one of the holist place of Buddhist people you will see one the way 1 monastery and that is in cave overnight stay at guest house.

Day 07 Trek to Khare

Trekking to Khare ( Mera base camp 5,045 m) Today also not long day for you today is you only walking around 2-3 hrs after your breakfast and you will arrive Khare after open land trekking and with beautiful mountain view or Khangtega, Mera peak, and many more. Khare is such nice place where you can fine good internet, bakery and good hotel accommodation. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08 Acclimatization day at khare and training day

Today is your training day with your climbing guide you know very well about climbing but your guide will show you what and how to do in mountain during climbing. Early morning after breakfast your climbing guide will take you some acclimatization up to 5,400 and after that hot lunch at hotel than training start for 1 -2 hrs.

Day 09 Climb up to Mera high camp

Today is hard day for you you will take to Mera high camp (5,780 m) with all your kitchen crew, climbing guide and your porter. Mera high camp i s nice and small place but somehow you can get place because your climbing guide will booked for you and he will manage everything for that. Overnight sleep in tent and camping food.

Day 10 Summit push to Mera peak and trek to Khongma dingma

Early morning around 2 AM your climbing guide and kitchen crew wakeup and prepare for you hot tea, coffee and breakfast  for you and you guide will take you checking climbing gear and climb start for mera peak and after summit you need to go trek to Khongma dingma.

Day 11 Trek to Seto pokhari

Trek to Seto Pokharai white lake this trail now you can see less people and more remote than Mera peak trail. Over night stay at tent and camping food.

Day 12 Trek to Ampulaptsa base camp

Trek to Ampulaptsha base camp one of the highest trekking trail and less crowd place in the world overnight at camping.

Day 13 Ampulaptsha pass island peak base camp

Early morning start trekking and after crossing Ampulaptsa pass you arrive to Island peak base camp after very hard walk and you reach Everest region trek and starting crowd already overnight at camping.

Day 14 Rest in island peak base camp

Rest in island peak base camp whole day doing nothing just relax at overnight camping.

Day 15 Island peak summit

Climb push to Island peak and back to Chhukug village today you will reach hotel in chhukug and you can get hot guest house food.

Day 16 Trek to Pangbuche

All the way down trek to Pangbuche easy trail but beautiful mountain view and village overnight at hotel.

Day 17 Trek to Namche

Trek down to Namche Bazar tonight you can celebrate your trekking life in Namche. You can have good food and drinks what ever you want and you can have hot shower after longtime.

Day 18 Trek to Lukla.

Today is your last night in Himalaya with your trekking crew and tomorrow your porter and other will stay at Lukla and your guide and you fly to Kathmandu after last Himalayan breakfast. You need to tipping some for your porter and crew and for your guide you can give in Kathmandu.

Day 19 Flight back to Manthali.

Early morning flight back to Manthali, Ramechhap and afte flight you need to drive around 3-4 hrs. to Kathmandu 131 km and overnight at hotel.

Day 20 Free day at Kathmandu

Free day at Kathmandu and this day we will provide you climbing certificate if you summit Mera and island peak successfully. And also today your shopping day you can buy souvenir for your family, friend and for yourself.

Day 21 Farewell departure

Farewell departure your own destination.
